This month we are pleased to honor a Putnam Valley business started in 1991 with a
strong belief in providing high quality services and products both to local businesses
and their residential neighbors in our community, at reasonable rates: JARS Electric Corp.
With training and experience that began in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, JARS founder Ray Ranalli has now been providing electrical services for more than 40 years – more than 23 of them with the company he started and manages
here in Putnam Valley, JARS Electric Corp.
Today, JARS provides not only basic household and commercial electrical services,
but also Computer Networking, Deicing Systems, and something especially important
to those of us living here in Putnam Valley – automatic generators.
They are registered sales dealers and installers of GENERAC
and CUMMINS/ONAN Generators, some of the best on the market.
Taking great pride in the quality of his company’s work, Ray is a licensed and insured electrical contractor in Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties,
and throughout much of the Hudson Valley, and is also a member of Business Networking International – you can even find him on Angie’s List
and we all know that Angie doesn’t put up with anything but the best.
When not serving the electrical needs of the residents and businesses in and around Putnam Valley, over the years Ray and JARS Electric - along with Ray’s wife Stephanie - have seen fit to provide free services and assistance with electrical projects
both to the Town, and to many of the entities in it including the VFW, the Grange,
the Ambulance Corps, and even our own Business Association.
We’ve all seen the JARS vans traveling throughout Putnam Valley
on their way to or from someone in need.
We are pleased to recognize JARS Electric Corp, as well as the man who created it:
a great businessman and one of the people that makes Putnam Valley work, Ray Ranalli.
